Adventure with impact starts here.

Most people start as a Reef Buddy. Some come for two weeks and go home with a new hobby and a stamp in their dive log. Some don't want to leave — and end up staying long enough to earn their Divemaster and lead the projects they started out learning.

There's no wrong way to do this. But there is a path, if you want to take it.

Our packages are aimed at providing a volunteering options to suit everyone. Whether that being an intrepid vacationer looking for something more engaging than a sun-lounger for 2 weeks, all the way out to someone thinking of a career change and wanting to gain some proper hands on experience. As a sample here are the details of our most popular program options

starts here.

Come as a volunteer. Leave a qualified Divemaster.

This is the program for people who want more than an experience — they want a qualification, real leadership under their belt, and 60+ logged dives to show for it. Eight weeks takes you from certification through Rescue Diver training, into your Divemaster course, and out the other side running real conservation projects, not just taking part in them.

It's the most work. It's also, by a distance, what our volunteers say changed the most for them.

Program Costs

  • The pricing options are therefore:

    • 12-week Training/Project program - Contact us to discuss.

  • More than one certification. Longer programs stack real PADI qualifications, not just one.

  • Real responsibility, not just participation. By week 6 or 7, you're not shadowing anyone — you're running the survey.

  • A qualification that outlasts the trip. Divemaster is a real, standalone credential — useful long after you've left Dauin or Carriacou.

Why some people stay longer

Coming here has been a revelation! These guys really know what they're doing and have a programme which is structured perfectly to prepare you to become a divemaster. They're thorough, diligent and very very professional. I came away knowing that I needed to continue in this direction because diving is the career choice for me.
